So my day got off to a lovely start. I had someone call in bright and early this morning, and right out the gate starts screaming and cussing at me, instantly demands to speak to the manager because, “You are NOTHING there. Do you understand me? You are NOTHING.” And when told that my manager is not in the office, proceeds to scream and cuss at me for another 15 minutes before hanging up on me. All of this because they took a routine security check of their identity before updating their payment information personally.
Mmm humanity.
