My friend is coming over to practice reiki on me. This will be a new experience.
It was like a very nice meditative session. I’m not sure if I can speak to anything “happening,” though her hands did get very hot. I did feel something that I can describe only as water swirling inside of a ball?
Either way, it was very relaxing, and I will probably do it again.
