Personal updates under the cut
Hi, everyone!
I just wanted to write a quick note about why I haven’t been very active with creating content lately. I don’t talk personal stuff here much, and I won’t go into too many details, but just so you know I haven’t forgotten about all you lovelies.
I have taken over the family business, and with all the modernizing it needed, really translates to “I’ve started a business” even though it’s been around for over a decade. It’s a lot of work, and it’s very stressful, and it has basically consumed my life. Because said business is also struggling financially, I am still working full time at a job that actually pays me, and also started an accounting class (because I currently pay my accountant $200 a month and whoa am I in the wrong business)
On the actual personal side of things, I am also dealing with some illness, and for the last month have been in constant I-Want-To-Punch-Something tooth pain. So, joy.
But anyways, that’s the update. I am still poking away at writing stuff when I get spare moments. My main focus is on my Fandom Trumps Hate piece, which is a lot of fun Star Trek shenanigans.
I still have all your lovely prompts from the last Help Drake Not Procrastinate, and I will pick those up when I have those elusive free moments.
