Like a sea anemone - http://ift.tt/1Pvn1Fp, chiefly: “ asexually, by budding or in some cases by binary fission, when the polyp separates into two halves.” Though it should be  noted that individual tentacles are very long lived so reproduction only occurs when needed (i.e. when expanding into new territory, when there is a specific need for a new limb, or in the rare case of a limb death.)
